Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers inspection, handling, and reconditioning of returned items.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.
