Shipping Restrictions

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen
If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We can assist with claims, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Backorders & Partial Shipments
On rare occasions, items may be out of stock or shipped separately.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
